What We Do

In 2019, Wyoming became only the second state in the U.S. to enact legislation permitting the formation and administration of statutory foundations.  Unlike charitable foundations, statutory foundations can be formed to benefit heirs or any other defined beneficiary. Wyoming statutory foundations combine the traditional traits of civil law foundation legislation with the advantages of Wyoming’s progressive business and trust laws. Existing foreign foundations may be transferred into Wyoming.

Wyoming Foundation Services was formed in 2019 to help families around the globe utilize Wyoming statutory foundations for wealth planning and preservation.

Wyoming Foundation Services is pleased  to form, transfer, register and administer Wyoming statutory foundations for US and non-US clients alike.
